What We Do

When you shop for your art, craft, educational and stationery supplies in our online store, we want you to have a great shopping experience. In order to achieve this we have tried to keep everything as simple as possible. Here are some of the things we do to keep our noses in front of the pack and to make sure you'll love dealing with us.

Friendly Service

We really do try to give you the friendliest service around. It's important to us. We don't just talk about - we do it!

Value for Money

We try to find the very best value in every product in our range. We carefully consider a product's quality, suitability, ongoing availability, safety and value for money before we add it to our range and set our selling price.

Pricing

We aim to give you real value for money across our entire product range, with some of the lowest pricing around on some popular lines. We negotiate hard with our suppliers to make sure we are buying at the best prices. We run a very efficient and effective operation and we manage our overheads very tightly so that we can pass savings on to you and give you our best possible price.

We review our pricing annually and, where we can no longer hold pricing, we set new pricing to coincide with our annual catalogue release effective October each year. We try very hard to hold our catalogue pricing for the full year, often absorbing unexpected increases from suppliers or authorities along the way. However, we do reserve the right to change prices without notice during the year if this becomes necessary. 

We run promotions and stock specials from time to time and may offer further discounts during these promotions - keep your eyes on our Blog, our Facebook page or in the Specials Menu for updates on these.

Accounts & Payment   (In Australian Dollars only)

We offer two kinds of customer accounts:

  • Educational Customer Accounts - these need to be approved before being made available and offer discounted pricing and 30 days from invoice date credit terms to approved customers.

 

  • Retail Customer Accounts - these are pre-approved, offer discounted pricing but require payment in advance through credit card payment (pre-paid EFT or cheque is available to in some circumstances here too). There is also a Minimum Order Size requirement of $50 for these accounts.


The title on every product we sell does not pass to the purchaser until all goods have been paid for in full and the payment has been cleared.

Fast Order Processing

As you would expect with a name like ours we are very speedy in processing your orders.

We hold a good quantity of virtually all items in stock at all times and aim to have no stock-outs. We have excellent arrangements with our suppliers and can usually get stock in within a few days if needs be.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and despatched immediately thereafter. You can also pre-order and nominate a delayed delivery date (the start of a new term for example) if you wish. Just let us know when you place your order.

We really strive to fill your order in full, first time with no back-orders. If we can't do that, we pay for the cost of shipping the back-order to you.

We are happy to pack (and invoice too if you wish) your order by classroom or teacher. Just let us know when you place your order how you would like the order split and we'll take care of the rest.

Special Orders

If you can't find the item that you are looking for on our website or in our catalogue - we can help. Just give us a call or send an email and we are very happy to source and order these items or any other special items for you. We have a great network of contacts and can almost always come up with exactly what you are looking for - at a great value price too.

Minimum Order Size

We don't have one for Educational Customers! You can order what you want when you want it - we are happy to be of service.

For Non Educational Customers there is a small $50 minimum order requirement.
